Rabbitohs player Bryson Goodwin has confirmed that he will depart at the end of the season to take up a contract in the English Super League.

Goodwin will see out the 2017 season with the Rabbitohs, his fifth season with the Club having joined South Sydney in 2013.

“I’ve really enjoyed my time here at Souths and I’ve made a lot of great friends over the past five years,” Goodwin said.

“This will be a new adventure for me and my family, but first I’m looking forward to finishing off this season in the best way possible.

“I’d like to thank all of the Rabbitohs Members and fans for their support over the past five years and I feel really privileged to play for this Club.”

On behalf of everyone connected with the Rabbitohs we look forward to seeing Bryson put his best foot forward for the remainder of the 2017 season and we wish him and his family the best of luck in England from 2018 onwards.
