Robbie Rochow is describing Friday night’s clash with the Brisbane Broncos as a great opportunity coming off two good weeks of training following the Rabbitohs bye round.
“Friday night in Brisbane is going to be a good opportunity for us,” Rochow said.
“We’ve had a good week off where we trained hard but we got to rest as well so looking forward to Friday night.
“We are desperate for a win here so hopefully we come up fully prepared."
Rochow describes coming up against the Broncos forward pack as a challenge but something that is not too different to any other game.
“There is pressure every week because every forward pack is going to come up against you and going to want to dominate you so we have a big challenge in trying to win the ruck and create a good platform for our halves.
“We know the things we need to focus on.”
With half of his first Rabbitohs season complete, Rochow says he is comfortable at the Club and enjoys the company of his teammates.
“The group of guys here are great, I’ve learnt a lot off a lot of the players and enjoy playing with them every week and coming to training.”
