John Sutton fronted the media explaining the weekends loss against the Cowboys and what needs to be done ahead of the Rabbitohs round six clash against the Panthers on Friday night.

“Our game on the weekend wasn’t clinical enough,” Sutton explained.

“A lot of drop ball in that second half that let us down and we didn’t give ourselves a chance.

“Penrith are a very talented team, they had a loss on the weekend but they are going to be tough at home.

“They like to throw the ball around from sideline to sideline so we will do our work on them in the video room and come up with a game plan.”

Sutton explained that although the performances on the field have not been ideal, there is still a lot of effort going into training with hopes of turning it around.

“There is a lot of effort going into training and everything else but we are just not getting the performance that we want on the field so we just have to keep working hard and turn it around.”
