Kyle Turner describes the atmosphere around the Club going from preseason into round one as exciting and is looking forward to getting back into a routine.
“You go through November and December struggling to get your breath in preseason but yeah it’s come quick for us boys and it’s really exciting actually,” explained Turner.
“We are all looking forward to a good game on Friday night against a good opposition.”
Turner is keen to get into the routine of a consistent week to week game plan but will first face his nerves and getting over the opening game for the season.
“Nerves more than anything actually, it’s come around pretty quickly when you think about it.
“We are training well, the boys are fit, fast and strong and we are just looking to make it a better year this year.
“You get into that routine of week to week footy, the boys have trained well yesterday, going to train well today and it’s just getting that routine back.”
