South Sydney Rabbitohs are pleased to announce a new partnership with NOVA Employment, marking the first time NOVA Employment have partnered with an NRL Club.

NOVA Employment is a not for profit Australian charity that aims to achieve the employment of people who have a disability in competitive employment in the general community.

NOVA Employment’s free service supports the career aspirations of more than 2000 people who have a disability. In the last 27 years over 15,000 Sydney businesses having benefited from hiring NOVA clients with ability.

The charity provides on-site training and support to both the jobseeker and the employer to assist the employee to develop their skills and productivity and to settle into their new job and become an independent worker.
