Rabbitohs Forward Thomas Burgess has declared that his season 'isn't over yet' as he underlines his ambitions to be included in Wayne Bennett's England squad for the upcoming Four Nations tournament.

With the big prop finishing up his 19th game of the season with a tough hit-out against the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs, Burgess now has his sights set firmly on representing his country in October and November.

"I'll be waiting on a call from Wayne Bennett," said Burgess.

"I'm going to keep training by myself because my season is not over yet,

"I look forward to this every year with the English boys. We've got a big chance over there and I'm looking forward to that, that's my next focus now."
