Rabbitohs Forward Sam Burgess hit back against the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs to level the score at 6-6 in a tight and entertaining contest at ANZ Stadium on Friday night.
After trailing the Bulldogs for 10 minutes after a Josh Jackson opener the Rabbitohs hit back when Sutton and Sam Burgess combined to send the powerful forward over in the 16th minute.
Sutton produced the assist with a sly double-pump which saw Aiden Tolman drift out of position before Burgess received the pass and powered through the gap to ground the ball and even the scores.
