The day wasn't over for your Rabbitohs after completing their training on Tuesday as they used their afternoon to team up with Souths Cares and visit patients at the Sydney Children's Hospital at Randwick.

Heading from ward to ward, the Rabbitohs players split into two groups to make personal visits to the patients and their families and present them with South Sydney caps and posters.

The effect of the visit was evident as the players were greeted by excitable and cheerful children who also left an impression on your Rabbitohs.

"It's great obviously to see them smiling, a bit confronting as well. They've been through some hard times but for us to see that that's really inspiring and we can use that in our lives and be grateful for what we do have," continued McInnes.

The groups consisted of Angus Crichton, Dave Tyrrell, Thomas Burgess, Nathan Brown, Jason Clark, Damien Cook, George Burgess, Sam Burgess ad Cameron McInnes.

This visit comes off the back of a previous visit three weeks ago when the Rabbitohs hosted a BBQ and ward visit at Sydney Children's Hospital.
