Burning Questions – Rd 20 vs Sea Eagles

The Rabbitohs face off against the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles next Monday at Allianz Stadium and there are four burning questions to be answered in the lead up to kick off.

1) Will Reynolds be fit to play?

With Adam Reynolds sidelined again on Saturday night against the Broncos, ruled out late with a quad strain, the Rabbitohs were left with a late reshuffle in the halves with Luke Keary moving to halfback and John Sutton shifting to five-eighth.

Reynolds has had a horror year with injury sustaining a broken jaw as well as a neck/shoulder complaint following Origin II.

Will he be fit for next Monday’s clash? Time will tell.

2) Change of scenery

The Rabbitohs will play their annual home game at Allianz Stadium in round 20 as part of the Club’s agreement with the Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Trust.

Will the change of scenery provide the Rabbitohs with a different outlook on this game, which could lead to a victory?

The last time the Rabbitohs played at Allianz Stadium, the result was a resounding 42-10 win over the Roosters in round one of this year.

3) The Perth Hangover

Manly have flown back from Perth this weekend, having played out a golden point thriller with the New Zealand Warriors in a physical game.

Will the long travel and the bumps and bruises hinder their preparation for this game?

4) More returns?

Last game we saw the return of George Burgess from a long layoff through injury, but will we see more players return this week against Manly?

With players such as Bryson Goodwin, Zane Musgrove and Hymel Hunt on the mend, will we see any of these players take the field next Monday night?
