Rabbitohs forward Sam Burgess says the team owes it to the Club’s Members and fans to turn in a good performance this Saturday night they take on the Brisbane Broncos at ANZ Stadium at 7:30pm.
Burgess says there has been improvement every week from his side, but there is room to do more.
“It’s another important week for us, and we’ll approach it as any other really,” Burgess told Rugby League media on Tuesday.
“We just have to prepare this week, not think about what’s in front of us, do our best and put our best foot forward to get the two points on Saturday night.
“We’re preparing for ourselves. I think we owe it to ourselves and our fans and Members to put in a performance.
“I think we’ve been moving in the right direction. The Broncos will be prepared.”
