The Simply Energy High Performance Centre at Redfern Oval became the headquarters for Sydney's weather reports on Wednesday morning as Channel 7's Sunrise Weatherman Sam Mac helped the Rabbitohs and Colgate spread their Oral Health Awareness messages through live weather crosses on Sunrise.

Junior Rugby League players were fitted with Rhino Mouthguards as part of the Colgate & Souths Cares partnership which aims to drive awareness of protecting kid's teeth.

It was an early start for many juniors as they went live 6 times between 5:30am and 8:30am in between impromptu games of Football on the Simply Energy High Performance Centre turf.

It was a successful morning of activity and awareness for the local community as players, Sunrise, Colgate, Souths Cares and Rhino Mouthguards came together for a great cause.

They were joined by Cameron McInnes, Kyle Turner, Jason Clark and George Burgess as well as Souths General Manager Brock Schaefer.
