Turner - Using The Bye To Connect With Community

While the training sessions and preparation for our Round 19 clash with the Broncos continue through the bye week, Kyle Turner says that the Rabbitohs will use their spare time to get out into the community and do their part.

Starting early today (Wednesday) by spreading Colgate Oral Health awareness on Sunrise from 7am, Turner and his fellow Rabbitohs will continue their community engagement by helping host our Souths Cares NAIDOC Festival later today.

"To celebrate NAIDOC week and the Indigenous people in our game - It's big for the kids," Turner said.

"It'll be really encouraging for them to go out and see the players and just enjoy the day."

The Rabbitohs community engagement run will continue with our fan night at Westfield Eastgardens on Thursday night when the Rabbitohs squad will be appearing between 5pm-7pm to hang out with all our fans.

You can still experience footy this weekend as the North Sydney Bears host the Penrith Panthers at North Sydney Oval on Saturday at 3pm.
