Rabbitohs Head Coach, Michael Maguire, has given his Insights into this Friday’s Round 15 clash against the Parramatta Eels at ANZ Stadium.
The Rabbitohs mentor named a re-shuffled line-up for the clash, largely owing to the Origin selections of Adam Reynolds and Greg Inglis who are now both in camp for State of Origin Game II.
Maguire knows that his men have plenty of improvement left in them as they head into this week’s clash.
“There’s plenty of things that we’ve looked at within our game and the boys have put a lot of work in,” said Maguire.
“It’s just being able to get that out on the park between the 80 minutes now. I can’t fault the boys, they’ve been fantastic at training and obviously the effort that they’re showing in games.
“But we’ve got to get a more focussed concentration about the things that we’re doing on the park.”
Despite having downed the Eels recently in Round 10 of the Premiership, Maguire said that he and his team will take little things out of the encounter, citing that Round 15 is a new game.
“You go back and look at certain things, but it’s a new game now,” said Maguire.
“We’re continually tinkering with a few different things to try and fine-tune obviously where we’ve been as a group.”
