Rabbitohs rookie Zane Musgrove led his Rabbitohs team mates off the bus and into a throng of cheering fans when he brought the Rabbitohs to his junior Club, Mangere East Hawks, in Auckland today (Thursday).

As part of the Auckland Nines’ community engagement, the Rabbitohs squad and coaching staff visited the home ground of the Mangere East Hawks, meeting over 300 Rugby League supporters in the process.

The players signed autographs, had photos taken and helped with some skills and drills with the scores of children in attendance.

Musgrove played his junior football with Mangere East, with the club presenting him with a special jersey at the end of proceedings to mark the occasion.
