Rabbitohs players, Tim Grant and Angus Crichton, will be on hand at the NRL Nation at Darling Harbour this Saturday.

Both players will be on hand from 1pm to 3pm for signing and skills sessions as part of Saturday’s proceedings, alongside a host of other entertainment.

NRL Nation features unique interactive experiences, meet and greet opportunities with players and legends from every NRL club, children’s entertainment, a daily mascot parade and Marvel movie nights.

There are also skills tests, a change-room experience and fitness classes led by NRL Ambassador and former Raiders player Alan Tongue. The NRL Nation runs until Saturday 3 October.

“NRL Nation is the largest free interactive centre ever established for our fans,” NRL Head of Football Todd Greenberg said earlier this week.

“The fans and players are what make our game so great. The engagement centre at Darling Harbour, part of Grand Final Week celebrations, is a Rugby League first and is an exciting way for fans of all ages to get into the spirit,” he said.

“Following the closest competition in years, we want to share the excitement with as many fans as possible.

“It’s also our opportunity to thank the fans for their support and passion throughout the year.”

Local tourist attractions and restaurants are offering discounts to Grand Final ticketholders, NRL Nation Visitors cardholders or fans wearing an official NRL team jersey.

NSW Minister for Tourism and Sport, Stuart Ayres said NRL Nation is a great addition Sydney’s Grand Final week celebrations.

“Sydney is absolutely buzzing ahead of Sunday’s match between the two benchmark sides of 2015,” Mr Ayres said.

“I would encourage everyone who is coming to Sydney for the Grand Final to arrive a few days early and check out NRL Nation and everything else that our harbour city has to offer.”
