An unmarked Aaron Gray crossed for a memorable try against the Sea Eagles on the back of a brilliant kick from John Sutton on Friday night.

With the Rabbitohs attacking from 35 metres out, Gray managed to get on the outside of the widest Manly defender. The overlap didn’t go unnoticed by Sutton, who duly put in a well-placed kicked to the Souths Junior’s wing, picking it up after one bounce and scoring untouched.

The try would be Gray’s second of the night and his seventh try in eight appearances.
