Despite picking up a solid win over the New Zealand Warriors in Perth over the weekend, Rabbitohs five-eighth John Sutton says there is much to work on for him and his team ahead of this week’s Round 14 clash against the Wests Tigers.

“We’ve been playing alright, but there’s still a lot to improve,” said Sutton.

“I think in the second half there, we dropped a bit too much ball than we should have last week so we definitely need to improve our completion and we have a great opportunity this week against the Tigers.”

The Tigers will be without the services of New South Wales players Robbie Farah and Aaron Woods for the clash. But in Sutton’s opinion, that won’t deter a Tigers outfit built on youthful exuberance.

“I think they’re a young team built on energy,” said the five-eighth.

“I’m sure whoever comes in is going to want to do a job for them. We’re going to have to be at our best and make sure that we train good today and prepare well for the game.”
