The South Sydney Rabbitohs have notched up another social media milestone, with the Club this week surpassing 70,000 followers on Instagram.
The milestone represents a significant advance when considering that by round one of the 2014 season, just 15,233 Members and supporters were following the Club on the social media platform.
Instagram is a fun way to keep in touch with your Rabbitohs through the sharing of photos and videos on the social media platform with a combination of rare behind the scenes content as well as all the colour and intrigue of game day.
On other social media channels, the numbers also continue to grow.
On Facebook, the Rabbitohs are edging ever closer to 400,000 – currently sitting on 390,000 likes after only surpassing the 300k mark last September.
Meanwhile on Twitter, the Rabbitohs now have over 65,000 followers – an increase of 15,000 followers since the 50k milestone was surpassed on Grand Final day of 2014.
With all the latest photos, links to stories, videos, and updates – as well as serving as a chat-room for our most passionate Members and supporters – social media is a great way to show your support for the mighty red and greens online.
A huge thank you to all of our followers on social media and we look forward to even more people joining the conversation as we continue our NRL Telstra Premiership campaign in 2015.
