Rabbitohs forward Chris McQueen says he and his teammates know that they have plenty of improvement left in them ahead of this Monday night’s clash against the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks.

“We know we’ve not been where we want to be – we know we’ve got improvement in us,” admitted McQueen.

“We’re just working really hard out on the training paddock to try and find that improvement and get better every week.

“In footy there’s wins, there’s losses. I think the biggest thing is how you react to those losses and how you come back the following week, so that’s what we’re looking to do – have a good performance this week.”

The Sharks come into Monday’s clash on the back of two consecutive wins, a fact that McQueen and his men are conscious of.

“We’re obviously aware that they’re playing some tough footy,” said McQueen.

“We have to show up ready to play and we have to get our attitude right. They’re always tough to beat at Shark Park so we have to show up ready to play.”
