Rabbitohs prop, Tim Grant, says that his transition to Redfern is the kind of change he was looking for as he prepares to take on season 2015.

“It’s the change I was looking for,” said Grant.

“It’s everything I sort of imagined – the hard work and that sort of stuff – but also just feeling fresh. I’m enjoying my time here, and just training every day has been great.”

The representative prop has set himself goals for the 2015 season, the most important of which is to compete at all times.

“It’s just compete every week and buying into the South Sydney culture and the brand,” said Grant.

“The boys work really hard together and it’s just enjoyable being amongst that. People talk about further rep honours and that sort of stuff, but for me it’s scratching it right back to the start and learning to fit into the South Sydney culture.

“If I think that I’m performing to the standard that we set here at Souths, the rest will take care of itself.”
