Top Metre Gainers

Greg Inglis served up another chart-topping performance in the metre-gaining stakes against the Sea Eagles, coming in 39 metres ahead of Issac Luke, whose dummy-half running kept the Manly side on the back-foot for much of the night.

Issac Luke – 138

Sam Burgess – 130

Alex Johnston – 129

Kirisome Auva’a – 123

Top Tacklers

Young-gun, Kyle Turner, continued his solid effort in defence by topping the side’s tackle-count for the second week running with 39 to his credit. The new-look John Sutton, now playing in the back-row showed that he could cope with the extra work-load in the middle by coming in second with 24 tackles.

Kyle Turner – 39

John Sutton – 24

Adam Reynolds – 23

Issac Luke – 21

Sam Burgess – 20

Top Tackle Breaks

In an explosive match, it would come as little surprise that four Rabbitohs managed to break more than six tackles during the course of the 80 minutes. Inglis again tops the chart, with young-guns Alex Johnston and Kirisome Auva’a both bagging six tackle-breaks apiece. George Burgess added to another high work-rate with six.

Greg Inglis – 8

Alex Johnston – 7

Kirisome Auva’a – 7

George Burgess – 6
