Rabbitohs High Performance Manager, Troy Thomson, updates us on the casualty ward at the Club in the latest ALCATEL onetouch High Performance Update.

Thomson provides updates on both Kyle Turner and John Sutton ahead of this Saturday night’s round 24 clash with the North Queensland Cowboys at ANZ Stadium.

Turner sat out last week’s clash against the Broncos, with Thomson citing the need to rest the young forward following a series of head knocks.

“Kyle’s really good,” said Thomson.

“We just really wanted to look after him and give him that week off, just given the couple of head-knocks he’s had this year.

“We got him to see a couple of specialists and was given the all-clear by them.”

Thomson also provided an update on Rabbitohs Captain, John Sutton, who sustained a knee injury against the Canberra Raiders in round 20.

“Sutto’s working really hard and the physio’s are working round the clock there to get him back, said Thomson,” said Thomson.
