Rabbitohs forwards, George Burgess and Issac Luke have both been charged by the NRL Judiciary with a dangerous contact – unnecessary arm/shoulder charge.

For Burgess, an early guilty plea for his grade two charge would result in 262 points, meaning the prop forward would miss two matches, while fighting the charge and being found guilty would result in 350 points and a three match suspension.

Issac Luke’s grade one charge carries a base penalty of 100 points. An early guilty plea would result in 75 points, meaning Luke would escape suspension. Should Luke fight the charge and be found guilty, the hooker would miss one match.
