Rabbitohs back-rower, Ben Te’o, has been charged with a grade one dangerous throw after an incident in the 57th minute of last night’s victory over the Canberra Raiders.

The charge has a base penalty of 125 points, however taking prior offences into account, an early guilty plea will see Te’o earn 150 points, meaning he would miss one match.

Should Te’o fight the charge unsuccessfully, he will earn 200 points and miss two matches, while successfully fighting the charge will see Te’o escape suspension.
