There is one man I want to see stand up and give everything he has got tonight, and that man is Greg Inglis. To have his power and agility along with his zip and versatility is something every team would prefer to never play against.

Tonight, we have to overcome our previous two losses and stand up. How do we do this? Obviously Inglis will play a major part, but we are not by any means a one man team. We have a grand team on paper who just have to get the little things right on the field. We do this, we win.

This week, we have a team who have had some significant highs this season and some extreme lows. Playing Parramatta after a bye is a bit of a danger game. We win, we build back our confidence, we lose and we’re back at square one. But as I said, we have a fabulous team on paper, We need these two points. It’s now or never! The table is so, so close that a loss is unaffordable.

Let’s have a look at the teams above us; Manly, Penrith and the Bulldogs.  Tough assignments and big asks, but, we are up for it! Manly have Cherry-Evans and Watmough, we have Reynolds and Sam Burgess. Penrith have Mansour and Kite, we have Inglis and George Burgess. The Dogs have Ennis and Williams, we have Issac Luke and Chris McQueen. If these teams want to throw it at us, I have no doubt that we have the ammunition to give it back. Our biggest loss this year has been by two tries and a field goal. No one has won a game and thought that was a walk in the park – even when we are sloppy or throw away some silly penalties, we are a tough task. No one plays us and feels confident of a win. If we use this we will go in with thickened armour.

Going into this unknown, immediate future is unsettling. I still believe we have every chance to shake this top end up and I think our last two games did just that to us. We have more to see, because our boys have more to show. So gear up for tonight against Parramatta!

Up the Mighty Rabbitohs!
