Rabbitohs centre Dylan Walker fronted the rugby league media today (Wednesday) ahead of Monday night’s round 11 match against the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks.

Despite the Sharks set to miss a number of players through both injury and representative selection, Walker dismissed the notion that Cronulla will be below par.

"That sort of stuff happens in every single team - injury and rep-selection," said Walker.

"We just can't take any team lightly - it'll still be a hard match-up."

The Rabbitohs themselves will be missing three key players in the form of Greg Inglis, Chris McQueen and Ben Te'o through Origin selection. Walker is confident though that his team has the experience to get the job done.

"We have blokes that have played plenty of first grade, so there's plenty of experience coming back into the side with Merro (Nathan Merritt) at fullback."
