Rabbitohs forward Chris McQueen fronted the rugby league media today (Wednesday) ahead of the Club’s round nine clash with the Gold Coast Titans this Saturday.

McQueen dismissed suggestions that the Titans will get under the Rabbitohs's skin, citing the importance of sticking to their own game-plan and not buying into niggle.

"They are sort of a 'niggly' team I guess," said McQueen.

"For us it's about not letting them get under our skin and going out there and doing what we do best and just not buying into anything they try to do to us."

With State of Origin looming, McQueen said that his form is improving weekly after an early season injury.

"I sort of had a bit of an injury earlier on in the year and I guess it's taken me a bit of time to get over that one hundred per cent and get my match-fitness, but I think the last couple of weeks I've played some decent footy."
