Rabbitoh Ben Lowe is confident that the injection of youth into the Rabbitohs 2014 line-up is a positive boost for the side, with the utility forward citing in an increase in enthusiasm on the back of it.

The Rabbitohs squad will be bolstered this season by the likes of under 20’s graduates such as; Cameron McInnes and Aaron Gray among others.

“It’s a young team this year,” admitted Lowe.

“But it’s brought a lot of enthusiasm, which has been good for us older fellas.

The Queensland product has enjoyed the preseason and was proud to last week welcome back the Rabbtohs’ World Cup contingent, all of whom have contributed to the positive vibes coming out of Redfern.

“It’s been going good so far,” said Lowe.

“The weather’s been pretty good and I’ve been getting out there and getting involved in a lot of skills and the team’s actually moving forward from last year and growing together.
