North Sydney Bears Vs Windsor Wolves

North Sydney Oval, Sunday, June 23rd

Kick-off: 3:00pm

The North Sydney Bears will be looking to make amends for their round 14 loss to the Knights against the Windsor Wolves at North Sydney Oval this week.

For the second week running, Norths will be playing for their position on the ladder, with the Wolves only a single point behind the third placed Bears, who currently sit on 20 competition points.

But with a number of regular Bears being called up to Souths first grade squad thanks to State of Origin selections, Norths will almost certainly have to lift with the likes of Dylan Farrell, Justin Hunt, and Thomas Burgess all missing.

The Bears though will be buoyed by Luke Burgess playing his second game of the year after making a successful comeback from injury in last weeks loss to the Knights in Newcastle.

Talking Point: The match-up between Curtis Johnston and Eto Nabuli promises to be a highlight of the match with both players popular among playmakers for their skill in taking a cross-field kick, usually resulting in points.
