‘Hop Around Australia with Wotif – plus a chance to win $100,000’ Competition (the “Promotion”) Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”)

Information on how to enter the Promotion and how to win the Prizes forms part of these Terms. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.

 

1.     Definitions

 

In these Terms, unless the context indicates a contrary intention:

 

Draw Winner means an entrant who is selected to participate in the Qualifying Challenge following their name being successfully drawn.

 

Eligible Match is the Round 6 - South Sydney Rabbitohs v Bulldogs game on Friday 15th April 2022 (kick off at 4pm) at Stadium Australia– Edwin Flack Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW, 2127, Australia. Unless otherwise determined by the Promoter, due to COVID-19 or any other unforeseen circumstances of which the Eligible Match will be conducted at an alternative date, time and location.

 

Final Game is the game played by the Winning Participant at half time break of the Eligible Match.

 

Participant means each three (3) Draw Winners.

 

Promoter and Ultimate Prize Supplier is South Sydney District Rugby League Football Club Limited (ABN 28 002 487 390) of Level 4, Souths Juniors, 558A Anzac Parade, Kingsford, 2032, Telephone (02) 8306 9900.

 

Travel Prize Supplier means Expedia, Inc. ABN 25 138 063573 of 1111 Expedia Group Way West, Seattle, WA, 98119.

 

Promotional Period has the meaning set out in clause 2.

 

Qualifying Challenge means the game played by each of the three (3) Participants to attempt to qualify for the Final Game.

 

Travel Prize means the Grand Prize, the Major Prize, the Minor Prize, the Consolation Prize and the Runner up Prize.

 

        Winning Participant means the Participant who wins the Qualifying Challenge.

 

 

2.     Promotion Period

 

Promotion commences at 08:00am AEDT on 28th March 2022 and ends at 08:00am AEST on 11th April 2022 (“Promotional Period”).

 

3.     Eligible Entrants

 

(a)      Entry is only open to all Australian (excluding South Australian and ACT) residents aged 18 years of age or older who are available to attend the Eligible Match (defined above) and have tickets to the Eligible Match.

 

(b)      Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, the Travel Prize Supplier and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

 

4.     The following persons are NOT eligible to enter this Promotion:

 

a.        Anyone under the age of 18 years old; and

b.        Any person referenced in cause 3(b) above.

 

5.     How to Enter

 

(a)      To enter, during the Promotional Period, the entrant must visit www.rabbitohs.com.au, follow the prompts to the ‘Hop Around Australia with Wotif – plus a chance to win $100,000 ’ Competition entry page, and fully complete and submit the entry form with all requested personal details (including their first name, last name, valid email address and valid mobile phone number).

 

(b)      There is a limit of one (1) entry permitted per person (and per email address and phone number). Multiple entries from the same person/email address/phone number and fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

 

(c)      Entrants must be available to attend the Eligible Match to be eligible to be deemed a Participant in the Qualifying Challenge (Noting: Date / Time and Location of the Eligible Match may change).

 

6.     Draws & Winner Notification

 

(a)      The draws will take place on 11th April 2022 at 12pm (Midday) AEST (for Draw 1) and 12.05pm AEST (for Draw 2) at Hive Marketing Group, Suite 222, 117 Old Pittwater Rd, Brookvale NSW 2101 using computerised random selection.

(b)      All entries received during the Promotional Period will be entered into Draw 1. The first three (3) valid entries randomly drawn from Draw 1 will each be deemed a Tier 1 Winner and have the opportunity to participate in the Qualifying Challenge at the Eligible Match. For the sake of clarity, there will be three (3) Participants at the Qualifying Challenge.

(c)      All entries excluding any winners from Draw 1 will be entered into Draw 2. The first ten (10) valid entries drawn in Draw 2 will each be deemed a Runner Up Prize Winner and will win an AUD$100 wotif.com select accommodation-use-only voucher (“Runner up Prize”). Runner Up Prize winners can redeem the Runner Up Prize on wotif.com between 12.00am (AEST) 15 April 2022 and 11:59pm (AEST) 31 December 2022 for travel that must take place between 15 April 2022 and 30 June 2023. See Annexure A for voucher terms and conditions.

(d)      The draw conductor will draw additional reserve entries in case of an invalid entry or entrant or in case a Tier 1 Winner cannot be contacted or in case the Tier 1 Winner does not want to participate in the Qualifying Challenge and/or Final Game.

(e)      Tier 1 Winners unable or unwilling to attend the Eligible Match will forfeit their ability to participate in the Qualifying Challenge and Final Game. Any costs associated with attending the Eligible Match including costs for travel to and from the Eligible Match will be the responsibility of the Participant.

(f)       Tier 1 Winners will be contacted within one (1) hour of the draw via phone and email. If a Tier 1 Winner cannot be contacted by 5pm AEST (NSW time) the day of the draw, the Promoter will contact the next reserve winner from Draw 1. This process will continue with each entrant having 2 hours (120 minutes) to call the Promoter back and accept participation in the Game from the first phone call to them by the Promoter. If a Tier 1 Winner fails to do so they will forfeit their right to participate in the Qualifying Challenge and therefore their opportunity to win a prize.

(g)      Runner Up Prize Winners will be contacted by phone and email within fourteen (14) days of the draw.

 

7.     Publication of Winners

 

Tier 1 Winners will be published at www.rabbitohs.com.au on 20th April 2022.

 

8.     Proxy or replacement participant

 

Under no circumstances whatsoever will a proxy or replacement for the Participant be permitted to take part in the Qualifying Challenge or Final Game if the Tier 1 Winner is unable to participate for any reason. An ID check will be carried out by the Promoter’s promotional staff prior to the Games starting to ensure the drawn winner is the correct Participant.

 

9.     Qualifying Challenge

 

(a)      All three (3) Participants will take part in a preliminary time-based activity (“Qualifying Challenge”) in order to determine which Participant will take part in the Final Game. The Qualifying Challenge will take place at the Eligible Game. Details of any rules and the Qualifying Challenge itself will be provided on the day, including any details of a tie-break mechanic.

(b)      The Participant to complete the Qualifying Activity in the fastest time will have the opportunity to take part in the Final Game. Only one (1) Participant will proceed to the Final Game. A tie-break mechanic as specified in the rules of the Qualifying Challenge provided on the day, will specify what will occur in the event of a tie in order to ensure only one (1) Participant proceeds to the Final Game. If there is any dispute as to how the winner of the Qualifying Challenge is determined or any dispute as to the results of the Qualifying Challenge, the Promoter’s decision will be final.

 

10.   Final Game

 

(a)      The Final Game will be broadcasted on the ‘Big Screens at Stadium Australia’ at halftime at the Eligible Match on the 15th of April 2022. The Final Game will take place immediately after the Qualifying Challenge.

(b)      The Winning Participant will play the Final Game for the chance to win up to AUD$100,000. 

(c)      There will be 1 x numbered digital board with 40 x numbers on display which correlate to 40 envelopes at the start of the Final Game.  Each envelope will contain a travel themed icon (from the options in the below table). The Winning Participant must select one (1) number/envelope at a time, without touching, handling or opening any other envelopes on display. Once a number/envelope is selected and opened, the Winning Participant cannot place this back or change selection, and they will be required to reveal the travel themed icon enclosed inside.

(d)      Once the Winning Participant has revealed five (5) of the same travel themed icon they will win the respective prize outlined below for that corresponding travel themed icon, subject to verification by the Promoter. Once five (5) of the travel themed icons have been selected, the Final Game will automatically conclude, and the Winning Participant will not select any further numbers/envelopes.

(e)      Only one (1) of either the Ultimate Prize, Grand Prize, Major Prize or Minor Prize will be awarded based on the outcome of the Final Game. All three (3) remaining prizes will not be awarded.

 

(f)       If either the Ultimate Prize, Grand Prize or Major Prize is won via the Final Game in accordance with the rules above, the Loss Adjuster removes all envelopes and takes them back for validation of the prize claim before the respective prize is awarded. If the Ultimate, Grand Prize or Major Prize is not won via the Final Game in accordance with the rules above, the Loss Adjuster opens the Control envelope which reveals the numbers of each of the five (5) envelopes that contain the Ultimate Prize winning message/s inside. The Loss Adjuster then opens the winning envelopes to show the guests that the AUD$100,000 was in there and that the mechanic is fair and secure.

(g)      A Loss Adjustor must be present at the Final Game to ensure the Final Game is conducted as per these Terms and Conditions.

(h)      If the Minor Prize is won: The $500 AUD Travel Prize can only be used on one (1) booking up to the value of $500 AUD. The prize must be booked by 31 July 2022 for travel completed by 31 January 2023. Any prize value remaining after making a qualifying booking costing less than $500 is not redeemable. Winner will be responsible for any booking amount in excess of $500. Re-bookings are not allowed. The value of the booking is not refundable, and any remaining balance will be forfeited. The prize is subject to availability. Blackout periods may apply depending on the winner’s destination or location.  Booking is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. The Travel Prize Supplier will work with the winner to book their travel; OR If the Major Prize is won: The $2,500 AUD Travel Prize can only be used on one (1) booking up to the value of $2,500 AUD. The prize must be booked by 31 July 2022 for travel completed by 31 January 2023. Any prize value remaining after making a qualifying booking costing less than $2,500 is not redeemable. Winner will be responsible for any booking amount in excess of $2,500. Re-bookings are not allowed. The value of the booking is not refundable, and any remaining balance will be forfeited. Booking is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. The prize must be booked by 31 July 2022 for travel completed by 31 January 2023. The prize is subject to availability. Blackout periods may apply depending on winner’s destination or location. The Travel Prize Supplier will work with the winner to book the travel; OR If the Grand Prize is won: The Grand Travel Prize can be used on up to two (2) bookings equaling up to the total value of $10,000 AUD. The prize must be booked by 31 July 2022 for travel completed by 31 January 2023. Any prize value remaining after making all qualifying booking costing less than $10,000 is not redeemable. Winner will be responsible for any booking amount in excess of $10,000. Re-bookings are not allowed. The value of the booking is not refundable, and any remaining balance will be forfeited. The prize is subject to availability. Blackout periods may apply depending on winner’s destination or location. Booking is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. The Travel Prize Supplier will work with the winner to book the travel; OR If the Ultimate Prize is won: The Ultimate Prize will be paid by the Ultimate Prize Supplier via EFT to the Winning Participant’s Australian bank account (pending outcome of the Final Game). This will be done within 30 business days from the date of the Final Game.

11.   The Prizes

 

(a)      The available prizes to be won are listed below. For the sake of clarity, the Winning Participant will only receive one (1) of the prizes listed in the ‘Final Game Prizes’ section below based on their results from participation in the Final Game. See Final Game details above for details on how the prize awarded to the Winning Participant is determined. Further details on the Travel Prizes are included in clause 10(h) above.

 

Final Game Prizes

 

·         $100,000 (AUD) Cash (“Ultimate Prize”); OR

·         $10,000 (AUD) Travel Prize (“Grand Prize”); OR

·         $2,500 (AUD) Travel Prize (“Major Prize”); OR

·         $500 (AUD) Travel Prize (“Minor Prize”).

               

                Consolation Prizes

 

The two (2) Participants in the Qualifying Challenge that do not proceed to the Final Game will each be awarded an AUD$250 wotif.com select accommodation-use-only voucher ("Consolation Prize”). Consolation Prizes can be redeemed between 12.00am (AEST) 15 April 2022 and 11:59pm (AEST) 31 December 2022 for travel that must take place between 15 April 2022 and 30 June 2023. See Annexure A for voucher terms and conditions.        

 

                 Runner Up Prizes

               

The ten (10) Runner-Up Winners from Draw 2 will each win an AUD$100 wotif.com select accommodation-use-only voucher (“Runner Up Prize”). Runner Up Prizes can be redeemed between 12.00am (AEST) 15 April 2022 and 11:59pm (AEST) 31 December 2022 for travel that must take place between 15 April 2022 and 30 June 2023.  See Annexure A for voucher terms and conditions.

                                                 

 

(a)      The Winning Participant’s performance in the Final Game will be reviewed by an independent scrutineer. Prize will only be awarded once results of the Final Game are successfully verified.

(b)      Cash Prize (Ultimate Prize only) will be delivered via EFT to an Australian bank account in the winner’s name. The winner will be required to provide their bank details to the Promoter in order for the Promoter, as Ultimate Prize Supplier, to facilitate the award of the prize. If the winner fails to provide their bank account details by the date/time specified by the Promoter, they will forfeit their right to the prize.

(c)      The Travel Prize Supplier will work with the Winning Finalist to book the Grand, Major or Minor Prize (as applicable) if won.

(d)      Travel Prizes and all elements of the Travel Prizes must be taken as and when offered or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter and Travel Prize Supplier will not be liable. Travel Prizes are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Travel Prize Supplier, including, as relevant:
                                                                                 i.            validity periods;
                                                                                ii.            booking and availability of flights, accommodation and events;
                                                                               iii.            conditions of travel (including behaviour requirements);
                                                                               iv.            travel dates and specified travel exclusion periods;
                                                                                v.            any additional fees (payable by you) relating to changes made by you to a prize after it has been booked;
                                                                               vi.            the requirement to obtain all necessary documents to travel to any overseas location specified, including a current and valid passport and any visas required;
                                                                             vii.            a requirement to present your credit card when checking in to accommodation; and
                                                                            viii.            a requirement that any person taking the prize that is aged under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parent or guardian at all times.
(e)      A Travel Prize winner is responsible for all other unspecified costs related to the Travel Prize, including but not limited to meals, transport, insurance (including excesses), in-room charges, taxes, mobile or data plans, installation costs, costs associated with ongoing use of the prize, airfare (if not included in the booked travel).    
(f)       Travel Prize winners accept that some aspects of a Travel Prize may be inherently risky and that the Travel Prize may involve dangerous activities.  The Promoter, Travel Prize Supplier, its associated agencies and companies make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. 
(g)      The Travel Prize Supplier strongly recommends that you take out travel insurance and consult www.smartraveller.gov.au prior to travelling.
(h)      In respect of any Travel Prize comprising travel or any other activity, you expressly acknowledge that undertaking such travel or activity is at your own risk and sole discretion and you will make your own assessment of the risks and of your own suitability to participate in or to undertake such activity or travel.
                                                                                 i.            Travel Prize winner must follow government advice in relation to using their prize, in particular they must follow any restrictions in relation to travelling. Please check government advisories before booking and travelling.
                                                                                ii.            The Travel Prize Supplier is not responsible for any dispute between you and any person with whom you choose to, or choose not to, share the Travel Prize.
(i)       Any winner is responsible for paying all applicable federal, provincial, state, local, income and withholding taxes, if any. In the event that any tax withholding is required by law for the prize, a winner authorises Travel Prize Supplier to make the corresponding deduction. Any Travel Prize details not specified above will be determined by Travel Prize Supplier, in its sole discretion. Travel Prize Supplier will not be liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellations or delays. Travel Prize Supplier will not be liable for any airline and/or hotel fees incurred as a consequence of changing or cancelling flight and/or hotel reservations. Travel Prize Supplier will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or prize components. Winner/s may not transfer, assign or substitute the Travel Prize except at the sole discretion of the Travel Prize Supplier, who reserves the right to substitute the Travel Prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities. Travel Prize must be accepted as awarded. Travel Prize is awarded “as is” without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Travel Prize Supplier (except where required by law).
(j)       The total maximum prize pool is up to $101,500 AUD.
(k)      Consolation Prize and Runner Up Prize conditions are included in Annexure A below.
12.   Unclaimed Prize Draw

 

a)        If for any reason a Participant does not claim a prize by the date/time specified by the Promoter they will forfeit their right to the prize and the prize will not be re-awarded.

b)       Runner Up Prizes must be claimed by 11th May 2022 at 11am AEST. In the event of an unclaimed Runner Up Prize, the prize will be redrawn on 11th May 2022 at 12pm (midday) AEST at Hive Marketing Group, Suite 222, 117 Old Pittwater Rd, Brookvale NSW 2101. The winner/s of the redraw will be notified by phone and email within fourteen (14) days of the redraw.

 

13.   General

 

(a)      The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms, tampered with the entry or game process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. Any reference to ‘game’ in the following General section of these terms refers both to the Final Game and Qualifying Challenge.

 

(b)      Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible or illegible entries (as applicable) will be deemed invalid.

 

(c)      If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

 

(d)      If for any reason a winner does not take or redeem a prize (or an element of a prize) at or by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.

 

(e)      Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products hired, distributed, and/or supplied by the Promoter.

 

(f)       If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

 

(g)      Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.

 

(h)      Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents), and Travel Prize Supplier (including their respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:

i.                     any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);

ii.                    any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;

iii.                    any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;

iv.                   any variation in any prize values to that stated in these Terms;

v.                    if an Eligible Match or game event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;

vi.                   any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant;

vii.                 use of and/or taking of a Prize; or

viii.                the participation of a Participant in any game ; or

ix.                   any breaches of law (including privacy and spam laws) by the Promoter or Travel Prize Supplier.

 

(i)       As a condition of participating in a game, and/or accepting a prize, the winner may be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or Travel Prize Supplier in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.

 

(j)       Entrants are warned that there is a possibility of an accident causing injury through their participation in a game. Any participation in a game is undertaken at the Participant’s own risk. 

 

(k)      The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.rabbitohs.com.au/privacy-policy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose entrant’s PI to any entity outside of Australia.

 

(l)       The Travel Prize Supplier may collect entrants’ PI directly or through its agents or contractors. The Travel Prize Supplier may also collect entrants’ PI via disclosure of the entrants’ PI from the Promoter to the Travel Prize Supplier, for the purposes of this Promotion. The Travel Prize Supplier will use entrants’ PI as necessary to conduct and manage the Promotion, and where the Travel Prize Supplier has a lawful basis to do so, to send marketing communications to the entrants. The Travel Prize Supplier may disclose entrants’ PI to its related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting and managing this competition, communicating with entrants or storing data. This may include disclosures to organizations outside Australia including in places such as the United States. If an entrant has marked the “opt-in” box on the entry form, the entrant consents to the Travel Prize Supplier keeping the entrant’s PI on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting the entrant by electronic messaging.  The Travel Prize Supplier's Privacy Policy (see https://www.wotif.com/lp/lg-privacy) includes information about how the Travel Prize Supplier processes entrants’ personal information and how entrants can exercise their rights under relevant law.

 

(m)    The Promoter’s decision relating to all aspects of this Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

 

ANNEXURE A – VOUCHER PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Voucher code discounts apply only to select stand-alone accommodation bookings (not accommodation booking in combination with any other product or offering such as flight + accommodation or flight + accommodation + car) made online at www.wotif.com and pre-paid at the time of booking, subject to the restrictions set out in the terms below:
(i)                   Subject to the restrictions set out in these terms and conditions and compliance with the points above, the coupon code may be applied to a select pre-pay stand-alone hotel only booking (not a hotel booking in combination with any other product such as flight + hotel or flight + hotel + car) made online with wotif.com. The coupon code can only be used for pre-pay bookings and cannot be redeemed against bookings which are paid at the destination.
(ii)                 Voucher codes cannot be redeemed against any pay later bookings or for any booking of properties offered by VRBO and/or HomeAway entities.
(iii)                Voucher codes can only be used once. Once an eligible transaction is made with the voucher code, the voucher code will expire.
(iv)                In the event that you make a booking for more than 1 room, a voucher code will apply only to the first room. In the event your booking is cancelled for any reason, your voucher value will not be refunded and you will not receive a replacement voucher.
(v)                  Voucher codes entitle the winner to a specified dollar discount off the price of the eligible accommodation booking before the application of any taxes, applicable fees or additional costs. The voucher cannot be redeemed against taxes, supplier fees, cancellation or change fees/penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

(vii)               Voucher codes may not be used or combined with other vouchers, promotions or special offers.
(viii)              Voucher codes cannot be used for any booking previously made. It will be deemed fully redeemed once a qualifying booking has been made. The voucher code has no cash value and no refunds or cash alternative will be offered. There is no residual value and no credit will be issued if the purchase amount is less than the voucher code discount. The voucher code may not be re-used, even in the event that you change or cancel the booking. Any purchase made over and above a voucher discount amount will be at the winner’s expense.
(ix)                Voucher are personal and may only be used by eligible minor prize winners.
(x)                  Improper use of the voucher codes including, but not limited to, publication or selling of the voucher code is prohibited, will result in the voiding of the voucher codes use, and may constitute fraud.
(xi)                If the Travel Supplier becomes aware, or has reason to suspect (in Travel Supplier’s reasonable opinion) that a customer:
(i)         has breached the Terms and Conditions for the voucher;
(ii)        has obtained the voucher from an unauthorised channel;
(iii)       has used a voucher with a view to re-selling any travel product booked;
(iv)       engaged in conduct which impact the fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this offer; or
(v)        otherwise acted fraudulently,
the Travel Prize Supplier may in its ultimate discretion, stop the voucher and/or cancel all bookings made by the customer using the voucher.
(xii)               Vouchers may not be transferred or sold. Voucher codes obtained through unauthorized channels, mutilated, altered, copied, forged, damaged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way will be deemed void.
(xiii)              The Travel Prize Supplier reserves the right to change or withdraw this offer at any time and to cancel any bookings made where the voucher was improperly obtained or used to make any speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings.
(xiv)              If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
(xv)               Vouchers are provided by the Travel Supplier.
(xvi)              Terms and conditions of vouchers are as written and cannot be changed by any representation of any unauthorized person, including employees of the Travel Supplier. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
