Eligible entrants:
Entry is only open to Australian (excluding South Australian and ACT) residents who are 18 years and over.
Entrants must be able to attend the Eligible Match (as defined in the "Eligible Match" section below) at their own cost, noting the date, time and/or location of the Eligible Match may change. See the "Eligible Match" section below for more details.

If the above listed match does not go ahead or goes ahead without spectators, due to COVID-19 or any other unforeseen circumstances, the Game will be conducted at a different match at an alternative date, time and/or location as determined by the Promoter, and the alternative match or location determined by the Promoter will be considered the "Eligible Match" for the purposes of this Promotion.
How to Enter:
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete at least one (1) of the following entry methods during an Entry Period:
Entry Method 1 (for Entry Period 1 & Entry Period 2): visit https://www.rabbitohs.com.au/, follow the Prompts to the Chance to Play to Win - $1,000,000 in Bitcoin Promotion entry page, enter their personal details (first name, last name, email address and mobile phone number) and submit the fully completed entry form.
Entry Method 2 (for Entry Period 3):
a) attend the Eligible Match at Stadium Australia at Edwin Flack Ave, Sydney Olympic Park NSW;
b) scan the QR code advertised within the Stadium Grounds or on the Big Screens or visit https://www.rabbitohs.com.au/, follow the Prompts to the Chance to Play to Win - $1,000,000 in Bitcoin Promotion entry page, enter their personal details (first name, last name, email address and mobile phone number) and submit the fully completed entry form.
Entries permitted:
Only one (1) eligible entry per person will be accepted (entries to be de-duped by email address and phone number) during each Entry Period.
Multiple entries from the same person in the same Entry Period and fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
Draw:
a) A draw will take place from all entries received from each Entry Period on the dates outlined below. Each draw will take place at Hive Marketing Group, Suite 222, 117 Old Pittwater Rd, Brookvale NSW 2101 using computerised random selection.

b) The first valid entry drawn from each Entry Period (“Drawn Entrants”) will be required to participate in a preliminary activity ("the Qualifying Activity") in order to determine which entrant will take part in the Game for the chance to win AUD$1,000,000 in Bitcoin into a Swyftx Account/Wallet ("Major Prize"). The Qualifying Activity will take place immediately before the Game at the Eligible Match. The one (1) entrant to successfully complete the Qualifying Activity will have the opportunity to take part in the Game (“the Player”).
c) The three (3) Drawn Entrants will each be provided with one (1) ticket to the Eligible Match (if they do not already have a ticket). All costs associated with travel to and from the Eligible Match (including any applicable flights, accommodation, etc.) will be the responsibility of the Drawn Entrants.
d) Drawn Entrants unable or unwilling to attend the Eligible Match will forfeit their ability to participate in the Qualifying Activity and the Game.
e) The draw conductor will draw additional reserve entries in case of an invalid entry or entrant or in case an entrant cannot be contacted or in case the Drawn Entrant does not want to participate in the Qualifying Activity and Game (details outlined below).
f) If Entry Period 1 and Entry Period 2 Drawn Entrants cannot be contacted within 60 minutes on the day of the draw, the Promoter will contact the next reserve entrant drawn. This process will continue with each entrant having 1 hour (60 minutes) to call the Promoter back and accept participation in the Qualifying Activity and Game from the first phone call to them by the Promoter. If a Drawn Entrant from Entry Period 1 or Entry Period 2 fails to do so they will forfeit their right to participate in the Qualifying Activity and Game and therefore their opportunity to win a prize.
g) If the Entry Period 3 Drawn Entrant cannot be contacted within 5 minutes on the day of the Draw for Entry Period 3, the Promoter will contact the next reserve entrant drawn. This process will continue with each entrant having 5 minutes to call the Promoter back and accept participation in the Qualifying Activity and Game from the first phone call to them by the Promoter. If a Drawn Entrant from Entry Period 3 fails to do so they will forfeit their right to participate in the Qualifying Activity and Game and therefore their opportunity to win a prize.
h) Under no circumstances whatsoever will a proxy or replacement participant be permitted to take part in the Qualifying Activity or Game, if the Drawn Entrant is unable to participate for any reason. An ID check may be carried out by the Promotional Staff prior to the Qualifying Activity and Game starting to ensure the Drawn Entrant is the correct eligible Qualifying Activity or Game participant.
Game Details:
· There is a chance to win AUD$1,000,000 in Bitcoin into a Swyftx Account/Wallet in the Game. This will be AUD$1,000,000 based on the value of Bitcoin on Wednesday 13th April 2022 when the winner is published).
· The details of the Qualifying Activity and the Game including any applicable conditions will be determined by the Promoter and provided to the Drawn Entrants prior to the start of the Qualifying Activity/Game. The Drawn Entrants will be provided with an eligibility form explaining the rules of the Qualifying Activity/Game which they must sign indicating their understanding and agreement to the rules, prior to participating in the Qualifying Activity/Game.
· The Qualifying Activity/Game will be recorded and will be reviewed by an independent scrutineer, and a prize will only be awarded when/if there is no reasonable doubt the Qualifying Activity/Game was played fairly in accordance with the applicable rules, with no tampering by the Player.
· If the Player successfully ‘wins’ the Game, they will be awarded the Major Prize of AUD$1,000,000 in Bitcoin into a Swyftx Account/Wallet and if unsuccessful in the Game, the Major Prize will not be awarded, and the Player will instead be awarded the consolation prize of AUD$5,000 in Bitcoin into a Swyftx Account/Wallet. The details of how to ‘win’ the Game will again be detailed in the Game rules presented to the Player prior to the Game. The winner will be required to sign up for a Swyftx account (if they do not already have a Swyftx account) and qualify as a verified user before any prize is awarded.
· A minimum of two Go-Pros and/or hand-held iPhones will be set up to take footage of the Qualifying Activity/Game, or preferably live coverage footage (Channel 9 or similar) and this will be supplied by the Rabbitohs to an independent scrutineer, before a prize will be finally awarded.
· N.B. A Loss Adjustor must be present at the Game to ensure the Game is conducted as per these Conditions of Entry and any Game rules.

Winner notification:
Best efforts will be made to notify the first two (2) Drawn Entrants within 1 hour of the draw via phone and email (Entry Period 1 and Entry Period 2). Best efforts will be made to notify the third Drawn Entrant within 5 minutes of the draw via phone and email (Entry Period 3). Drawn Entrants and the winner will be published at www.rabbitohs.com.au on Wednesday 13th April 2022.
1. The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule) and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.
2. The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date ("Promotional Period"). Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.
3. Valid and eligible entries will only be accepted during the Promotional Period listed in the Schedule above.
4. Employees (and their immediate family members) of agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter, businesses involved in determination of winner/s for the Promotion, businesses involved in the management of the Promotion, any organisation benefiting from the Promotion, the Promoter’s distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family member" means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
5. If there are no prize winner/s or winner/s for this Promotion cannot be found, this information will be published at www.rabbitohs.com.au.
6. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact a Drawn Entrant or winner.
7. If any winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to) or does not take or claim a prize by the time specified by the Promoter, or is unavailable, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.
8. The value of Bitcoin may be volatile, and the value of the prize received by the winner and the future value of the prize may be significantly less than as at the time the winner is drawn and the prize awarded. Entrants hereby acknowledge that there may be no or very limited ability to exchange Bitcoin for goods or services. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after the date of payment. Any winner is subject to Swyftx Pty Ltd’s Terms of Use and Risk Disclosure Statement.
9. No part of a prize is exchangeable or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter.
10. No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion.
11. The prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.
12. Entrants' personal information will be collected by the Promoter and by Swyftx Pty Ltd (“the Collectors”). Personal information will be stored on the Collectors’ databases. The Collectors may use this information for future marketing purposes regarding their products, including contacting the entrant electronically. The Collectors are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and their respective privacy policy which is located at https://www.rabbitohs.com.au/privacy-policy (for the Promoter) and at https://swyftx.com/au/privacy-policy/ (for Swyftx Pty Ltd). Each respective privacy policy contains information about how the entrant may access, update and seek correction of the personal information the Promoter/Swyftx Pty Ltd holds about them and how the entrant may complain about any potential breach by the Promoter/Swyftx Pty Ltd of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other Australian privacy laws and how such complaints will be dealt with. The Promoter/Swyftx Pty Ltd collects personal information about entrants to enable them to participate in this Promotion and may disclose the entrants' personal information to third parties including their contractors and agents, prize suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this Promotion and to the State and Territory lottery departments as required under the relevant lottery legislation. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter or claim a prize in the Promotion. Personal information collected from entrants will not be disclosed to any entity located outside of Australia, except for Swyftx Pty Ltd’s related entities in New Zealand and/or the United Kingdom.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a Draw Entrant to take part in the Qualifying Activity/Game, if the Promoter determines in their absolute discretion, that a Draw Entrant is not in the physical or mental condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the Qualifying Activity/Game in order to have a chance of winning the prize. It is a condition of participating in the Qualifying Activity/Game that the Draw Entrant may be required to sign a legal release as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, prior to participating.
14. If a prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize supplier and the provision of the prize is the sole responsibility of the third party and not the Promoter. The terms and conditions which apply to the prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Conditions of Entry, to the extent of any inconsistency. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, any delay or failure relating to the prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Conditions of Entry or otherwise.
15. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Conditions of Entry restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
16. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including (but not limited to) by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulations.
17. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter's discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win. Entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the entrant. If the dispute cannot be resolved the Promoter’s decision will be final.
19. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
20. The entrant will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and acknowledges that the Promoter may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them.
21. Unless otherwise specified, a prize is a single event for the winner (and where relevant their guests) and cannot be separated into separate events or components.
22. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the prize or acceptance of the prize.
23. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
