Classic Match: Bad Friday

It was one of the hardest fought games of the year in 2015 when the Rabbitohs and the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs clashed in a spectacular Good Friday match in front of 40,523 NRL fans.

The Good Friday clash between us and the Bulldogs is one of the biggest and most intense regular season matches of the NRL calander and 2015 may possibly be remembered as the fieriest of them all.

Round five of 2015, the first time our two teams met after the 2014 Grand Final, ended in extraordinary fashion when Bryson Goodwin kicked a penalty goal to claim the match 18-17.

Bulldogs skipper James Graham was put on report for taking out the legs of Adam Reynolds as he attempted to kick a field goal to equalise and prop David Klemmer was sent to the sin bin for dissent.

It was a brutal and gutsy performance from the Rabbitohs to claim the come from behind win.
