Last week, Head Coach Michael Maguire, along with Caritas Australia, spent a morning with St Brigid's Primary students.

Madge spent time passing on footy tips to the kids as well as talking Caritas and Project Compassion with Caritas Australia Program Coordinator for Africa, Sister Ivy Khoury – who is also a very passionate Bunnies supporter!

"I'm very fortunate to have a very fanatical supporter in Sister Ivy," said Maguire.

"She has given me a lot of insight into what's going on around the world. Sister Ivy does a lot for charity but what she provides for those people is priceless."

Sister Ivy, who grew up in Redfern, has been a proud Rabbitohs supporter all her life and has taken that passion into her community work.

"When I decided I wanted to join the religious life the first question people would ask me was 'what are you going to do about football?' because I used to go to every game... I never missed a game," smiled Sister Ivy.

Sister Ivy and Caritas will have their next event on Tuesday 14 March at Redfern Oval with the players and men from the Kinchella Boys Home.
