Souths On Chalmers has completely revamped its dining and entertainment offerings to welcome Rabbitohs Football Club Members to the fold.
A new Chinese restaurant and dumpling bar, with Yum Cha on Saturday and Sunday soon to be introduced which will open on 6 December, will usher in a new era for the fledgling club.
Membership to the Souths on Chalmers licensed club has been slashed from $22 to $5 whereby new members are immediately accrued with points for food and beverages that cover the membership cost to the value of $5.
New and existing members of Souths on Chalmers that recommend their friends to become members are credited further reward points.
A special deal for Rabbitohs Football Club Ticketed Members will also be announced soon.
Souths on Chalmers Chairman Bill Alexiou-Hucker said the developments signaled an exciting time in the history of Souths On Chalmers, which opened in January.
“Souths On Chalmers is undergoing some significant changes,” he said.
“Starting 9 December we will be introducing Jazz on Sundays in the afternoon, and we are boosting our Friday night music entertainment with local and touring bands from the 7th.
“The opening of our new Chinese restaurant, Bai Tu, is a big step for the club.
"There isn’t a dining option like this in the area, it is something that has been missing in Redfern.
"So we are very excited about it.”
Alexiou-Hucker added Souths On Chalmers would be boosting its daily entertainment on every front, from member draws to raffles and an increase in its Bingo offering.
More announcements would be made shortly, he said.
