Clarifying the difference between the Football Club and the Leagues Club
The South Sydney Rabbitohs would like to clear up any misconception that the Football Club and the Leagues Club are a combined operation.
The South Sydney Leagues Club, also known as ‘Souths on Chalmers’ and the South Sydney Football Club, also known as the ‘Rabbitohs’ are two separate entities. The two organisations have separate Boards, separate management, and separate staff.
They are organisations run independently of each other. If you are a Member of South Sydney Leagues Club, you are not financially supporting the Rabbitohs.
If you want to support the Rabbitohs, the best way for you to do this is to become a South Sydney Football Club Member. There are ticketed and non-ticketed Membership packages available and we’re happy to talk through the different options with you.
