TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

The Promotion commences at 19:30 EST 14/03/08 and ends on 27-28/09/08. (Promotion Period). There will be one (1) draw at each home game during the Promotion Period (eleven (11) draws in total). Further draws depend on results (quarter/semi finals). 2008 Telstra Premiership Draw attached.
Entry is only open to SSFC members in NSW.
For a chance to win the Prize, Members are asked to SMS the first Rabbitohs Try Scorer to mobile number XXXX XXX XXX after each home game has commenced.
The Prize is to be able to toss the Coin at the next home match.
The winner of the Major Prize will be notified via an announcement on the scoreboard as soon as the first Try is scored. The winner will be selected randomly among those who guessed the correct first Try scorer by Prodocom’s Random Selective Engine tool.
SMS entry is charged depending on the entrant’s agreement with his or her SMS provider.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
Whether or not an entry is correct will be determined at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify and check the authenticity of entries. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. All such entries will be deemed void.
No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter and its associated agencies for late, lost, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
The Promoter has no control over internet or mobile telephone communications, networks or lines, bugs, viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for whatever reason.
The total prize pool is valued at AU$0.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied by a winner.
