A receipt of proof of purchase must be shown or sent back with the product in its original condition for an exchange or refund. Exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase and Refunds within 7 days. For exchanging of products that were ordered in the incorrect size from our Online Store, customers who are unable to bring that to the store will be required to post that order back to us and include a self addressed satchel for returning back the desired size. Failure to do so will cause a delay with the exchange while we chase up payment for re-postage. However if the mistake was made by one of our staff or a manufacturers fault, no additonal post bag will be needed as we will take that cost. In all exchanges and returns sent back to the SSFC Shop, please include a note explaining what the issue is with the product or what size you would like along with a contact name and number.
