Important 2009 Membership Information

The 2009 Membership Campaign is nearly upon us. As you know, a strong Membership is vital to the Rabbitohs future success, so your Membership Renewal is as important as ever.
Below is some important information regarding the 2009 Membership Renewal Campaign:
- 2009 Membership Renewals will commence at midday Wednesday 1 October.
- We are pleased to announce that 2009 Membership prices have remained comparable to last season. Some Members will be pleasantly surprised with a reduction in their Membership price.
- In 2009, Members will receive 14 Rabbitohs games in their Ticketed Membership Packages, including the Charity Shield. This is an increase of one match on last season’s Ticketed Membership Packages.
- There’s some great news for our Junior Members, with some great inclusions and an exciting event planned for 2009.
- Our Family Packages are much more flexible and affordable.
- You can expect to receive your Membership Renewal Pack next week.
This year, Members will find a new look Membership Pack. The Pack will contain three personalised Membership Forms. The new look personalised forms include:
Form 1 – Renew the Same as Last Season - for Members wishing to renew the exact same Membership Package as Season 2008
Form 2 – Renew with Changes - for Members who are requesting package and/or seating changes for Season 2009
Form 3 - Rabbit Hunter - for Members wishing to recruit new Members for Season 2009
Members are advised to follow the instructions on either Form 1 or 2, depending on your situation for Season 2009, carefully following the instructions listed.
2009 Membership Renewal Options
- Web: Log onto your web account at www.rabbitohs.com.au using your Membership Username and Password provided on your renewal form.
- Phone: Renew on the phone using our automated phone system. Simply enter your personalised reference number provided on your renewal form.
- Post: Post your Renewal Form using the Reply Paid Envelope provided in your Renewal Pack.
- In Person: Visit the Membership Team at 104 George Street Redfern NSW 2016.
Return to Redfern – RTR09
Once Ticketed Members have renewed for Season 2009, they will have the ability to purchase a ticket to the Return to Redfern Celebration Match. Ticketed Members renewing via the web or phone will be provided with a receipt number on completion of their Membership Renewal.
This receipt number will permit the Ticketed Member to purchase a RTR09 Ticket. Those Members that have provided the Rabbitohs Membership Team with a valid email address will have their receipt number and RTR09 sales web page emailed to them.
The receipt number is your key to purchasing a ticket to RTR09 via the following methods:
- Web: The quickest and easiest method to purchase a Ticket to RTR09.
- In Person: Visit the Membership team at 104 George Street Redfern. We will not take orders prior to Midday Wednesday 1 October.
- Phone: If you do not have access to the web, you can contact the Membership Team on 02 8306 9922. Please be patient as we expect lengthy delays due to a high volume of phone calls.
- Post: Be sure to tick the RTR09 option before posting your Renewal Forms using the Reply Paid Envelope provided in your Renewal Pack.
